·         Joey Logano won the 48th Annual Hellmann’s 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race Sunday afternoon. For Logano, it is his 16th victory in 287 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races.

·         It is Logano’s second victory and 22nd top-10 finish in 2016.

·         It is Logano’s second victory and sixth top-10 finish in 16 races at Talladega Superspeedway.

·         For Logano, it is his second consecutive win in the Talladega Chase race.

·         Brian Scott (second) posted his first top-10 finish in four races at Talladega Superspeedway. 

·         It is Scott’s first top-10 finish in his Sprint Cup Series career.

·         Denny Hamlin (third) posted his eighth top-10 finish in 22 races at Talladega Superspeedway.

·         It is Hamlin’s 11th top-5 and 18th top-10 finish through 32 races this season.

·         Kurt Busch finished fourth at Talladega Superspeedway on Sunday, giving him his eighth top-5 and 20th top-10 finish this year.

·         In seven Sprint Cup Series starts at Homestead-Miami Speedway, Joey Logano has two top-10 finishes, including a fourth place finish in the 2015 Ford EcoBoost 400. In 2014, Joey Logano competed at Homestead-Miami Speedway as part of the Championship 4 in the Ford EcoBoost 400.

·         Following Sunday’s Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Kansas Speedway, there are now only 1076.08 #Miles2Miami. The 2016 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup will culminate at Homestead-Miami Speedway with the Ford EcoBoost 400 championship race on November 20.

·         Below are the current standings in the 2016 Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup following the third and final race in the Round of 12. Following the race at Talladega Superspeedway, the Round of 8 in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup is now set. The Round of 8 drivers include Jimmie Johnson, Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano, Kurt Busch, Matt Kenseth, Kyle Busch, Carl Edwards and Denny Hamlin. The four drivers who were eliminated from Chase contention are Austin Dillon, Martin Truex Jr., Chase Elliott and Brad Keselowski.



Starting this year, the XFINITY Series and Camping World Truck Series will feature championship races at Homestead-Miami Speedway on November 19 (NXS) and November 18 (NCWTS).  Four drivers will compete amongst a full field for their respective title. Below is a Race Recap from Saturday’s Camping World Truck Series race at Talladega Superspeedway. The XFINITY Series was off this week:



·         Grant Enfinger won the 11th Annual Fred’s 250 Camping World Truck Series race at Talladega Superspeedway on Saturday. It is his first victory in 13 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series races.

·         It is Enfinger’s fifth top-10 finish this season.

·         It is Enfinger’s first top-10 finish in three races at Talladega Superspeedway.

·         Following the race at Talladega Superspeedway, the Round of 6 in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Chase is now set. The Round of 6 drivers include William Byron, Christopher Bell, Timothy Peters, Matt Crafton, Ben Kennedy and Johnny Sauter. The two drivers who were eliminated from Chase contention are Daniel Hemric and John Hunter Nemechek.
